I successfully passed my KYC verification via Veriff since last Thursday (Status clearly shows: KYC Verified). However, your system has completely failed to issue my new account details or activate my dashboard. I have been waiting for 5 days due to this technical glitch on your end. I have sent multiple emails and tried the live chat, but it's impossible to reach a human—only useless automated bot responses. This delay is unacceptable and is costing me valuable trading time.
