I purchased deep wave bulk hair #2. CVOHAIR Sent an incorrect color not like pictured color or color #2. You can see clearly on the package #4 and #6 is crossed out. I did not open it package however I could see immediately this brown color was too light. CVOHAIR Told me I would have pay for return shipping when it is their mistake due to color. After providing a return address they asked me to improperly disclose to customs the cost of what I paid from $150+ to $12 so they would not have to pay import taxes. If the item is lost and I send it certified I would only be paid $12. Do not take the chance and buy from this company.
