Jonas Arno was the man who helped me with my trip. It was seamless and extremely cheap considering the very little amount of time I gave home to find me 4 tickets going all over the world. When I called him confused one night, yelling at him because I didn’t understand a few things, instead of being mad at me he calmly informed me my thoughts were mistaken, and indeed they were greatly mistaken. He was very polite and didn’t have to deal with my nonsense, but he did. And amazingly so polite and kindly. Definitely a customer service superstar! Thank you, Jonas!
