Used it twice in April 2026 and Aug 9. 2026. First time, I write support after 10minutes. Not sure if they bother responding but got the confirmation thirty minutes later. Second time, I panned more time. 2 hours later, nothing. never bother to respond. It is cheaper than other almost instant confirmation services, not worth the Hassel esp when you are waiting for the confirmation to get the boarding ticket.
