We were so excited to buy a Peleton tread in the winter of 2024. It has been nothing but a problem. Required multiple tech visits and calls. Finally reached a breaking point this week. Rather than provide assistance, Peleton is forcing us to pay full price for a replacement screen that has never worked well. I won’t even resell this to Peleton for parts. It should go in the garbage. This company survives entirely on branding. The tread is garbage.
