Poor Customer Service - Sent the wrong product and will not exchange.
Purchased a Seal Skin Cover through Amazon for my boat motor. Was very careful to pick the size recommended for motor size. I arrived quickly BUT is the wrong size. Contacted Amazon who wanted 150% of the cost of the cover for return shipping. Contacted Seal Skin Covers and was told they would not help me to contact Amazon. When asked why they did not warrant their product that came from them, in their wrapper, from their address, they took my contact information, order number and e-mail address. I was told a customer support person would e-mail me in 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say they never contacted me. I have 3 different Seal Skin Cover products. Two of them are the wrong size. Based upon the unkept promise from Seal Skin Covers I would not recommend buying anything from them. They are not standing behind their product.
