We unexpectedly had a flight change
We unexpectedly had a flight change. So original flight was Syd to NZ layover 7 hours then to Rarotonga. Then Qantas changed our flight to Syd to NZ layover 7 hours then back to BNE layover 3 hours then to Rarotonga. I know right!! Mind you I have 3 children so I didn’t want to drag my kids through that. So Amy was amazing in trying to get us a flight accommodating with our kids. We ended up getting a direct flight leaving a day early. Communication was spot on!! It took awhile but we got there in the end with the amazing news. Thank you so much Amy and the team!! I really appreciate everything you’ve done!! Would definitely recommend.
