They lied in their response. Said that a refund has been issued but it hasn’t. A refund for my tiktok order has not been issued. 576920360473237584 I am owed £1000 by this company. My tesco credit card company warned me prior to my purchase to be careful with tiktok and i didn’t listen. Firstly no one has reached back out to me, secondly what new application needs to be submitted? Theres nothing i can do on my end, i have no way of opening anything from my side.
