Cannot hear front bell, poor touchpad
Cannot hear front bell. Also, difficult to use touch pad. Our front door bell is wireless. ADT bell will not ring wireless bell remote. So now we have 2 door bells and had to put stickers on them saying "ring this bell" and "don't ring this bell." Also new touch pad is so sensitive it is unusable. There is a large white cylinder that sits on a counter top that has buttons that work well, but it is far away from the door we use. All of this comes at a high monthly cost and a three year contract with a high cancellation fee.
