Inaccurate sizing, poor customer service
The dress itself was beautiful, but the sizing was at least two sizes too big. I ordered a 5Y, and the dress I received was labeled 130, which was nowhere near an appropriate fit. I contacted Mia Belle hoping they would make it right—or at the very least help me determine what size I should order instead. They refused to do either. Rather than taking any responsibility or helping resolve the issue, they simply blamed their manufacturer. A beautiful product means very little when a company won’t stand behind what it sells or help a customer when there is a sizing problem. I would not order from Mia Belle again. Stay away from this company.
