Extremely disappointing experience with IndiGo. There was no change or correction required to my sister’s existing name—we only needed to add her second name to the booking. Despite explaining the situation, the staff refused to make the necessary amendment and ultimately did not allow her to board the flight. It was extremely frustrating to miss a flight over an issue that could have been handled with better guidance and customer support, especially when the passenger’s identity could be verified with valid documents. The staff were unhelpful and showed very little effort to find a solution. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and financial loss. I expected much better customer service and a reasonable resolution from IndiGo. Very disappointing experience.
