Phantom 4 zerschellt und DJI interessiert das nicht!!!
Super Drohnen, bis was passiert. Meine Drohne ist aufgrund eines technischen Defekts (DJI-seitig) abgestürzt. Kein Bedienerfehler. Ich habe die Drohne gestartet und diese hat sich nach ca. 3m Höhe einfach von selbst abgeschaltet. Diese ist schön auf den Asphalt zerschellt. Füße kaputt, der untere Rahmen gesprungen. Der Akku zeigt seitdem einen Fehler an. Wie auch immer der Akku dabei kaputt geht ist mir schleierhaft. SO kann man auch Geld machen. Müssten mal die Handyhersteller auch machen. Immer den Akku tauschen, wenn das Handy herunterfällt. DJI ist es egal, da der Support offiziell eingestellt wurde. Super!!! Kaufst ne Drohne für 1000 Euro und der support wird eingestellt. Wenn ein 5 Jahre alter BMW einen Unfall hat und eine Person wird dabei verletzt, wenn der Gurt nicht funktioniert hat. Dann sagt BMW ja auch nicht. " Sry, die Garantie ist leider vorbei und der Support auch!!! Aber wenn du willst, kauf dir neuen Müll von uns!!!" Ich bin so sauer auf DJI nach dem Vorfall. Answer: Even though support has been discontinued, you surely have parts in stock anyway. Where are independent dealers supposed to get parts for the drone? You could at least offer to send me the parts; I could have the repair done at an independent workshop. You could also offer a new battery as a gesture of goodwill. That’s called customer retention—at least, that’s what I learned during my training as a Bachelor Professional of Business. Besides, it’s questionable why a battery would show an error just because it fell (while inside the device, from a height of 2–3 meters). As it stands, my drone is now broken; if I go to an authorized service center, I might as well just buy a new drone. A new battery is at least €120, the drone’s casing is at least €200, and labor is at least €200. That brings the repair cost to around €500. If I add another €150 to that, I’m already looking at the Mini 5 Pro. All manufacturers talk about sustainability, but that seems to exist only on paper.
