Unresponsive customer service and unauthorized recurring charges
I bought an initial product from Muses Academy, but I am now being charged a recurring monthly subscription fee that I never explicitly wanted. I have sent multipl email to cancel this subscription and request a refund, but the customer service completely ignores my messages. This lack of transparency and total absence of support is unacceptable. I demand the immediate cancellation of my account and a full refund of the unauthorized charges.
