Extremely frustrating
Extremely frustrating, I ended up cancelling my policy after the first claim was denied because they wanted my pet’s health records from the prior year. I had the policy for 8 months before putting in a claim and as I had moved I could not obtain the requested records. The prior vet did not respond. When I inquired what the path forward was - how would I be able to have any claim approved without the mandated records - I only received generic responses often one to two weeks later. Timely they were not. I received no help. I feel like I wasted my money buying this policy. I am hopeful they cancel my policy without any issue.
