Look elsewhere
When I first went with ASPCA pet insurance they were efficient and paid in a timely fashion.Now not so much.They sell pet insurance but will tell you that they aren’t a pet insurance company. My Schnauzer had bladder stones so I can’t really change to another company and she be covered on bladder stones . If you are looking for pet insurance seriously consider lemonade or some of the other companies. Every now and then they will process my claim in a timely manner and they do pay for what is covered.
