I had the opportunity to receive very good technical support last week while I was connecting and setting up my Shopify store. During the setup, I somehow ended up using a different email address, although I wasn’t aware that I had changed it or how it happened. When I later tried to access my Supliful account using my usual email, I couldn’t get in. I initially thought there was simply an issue with my login. I contacted Supliful’s support team, and they asked me to confirm the email address I was using to access my account. That’s when they discovered that my Supliful account was actually associated with a different email address — the one I had used while setting up Shopify. They helped me identify what had happened and get back into my account. I really appreciated their patience and willingness to help throughout the process. Since I’m still learning how to manage and connect different platforms, having a support team that takes the time to look into an issue and help you understand what happened makes a big difference. Overall, it was a very good support experience for me.
