No response, no update
I wish I had read the review here before placing an order, I'm also starting to believe that this company is a scam. Delivery timeline and the complete lack of communication is the issue with this company. I would be happy to remove this comment if someone can get back to me. Placed an order on 4th July 2026, went to the website and track my order from time to time, so initially they had extended the expected delivery time, and I emailed them twice, sent a Whatsapp message multiple times to check on the detailed delivery status. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE, and have no idea how to reach anyone in this company. I checked the website on the delivery date again today, and the expected delivery timeline is updated, however cannot be verified with the actual delivery company (Suhu). In the Suhu website, the tracking number provided by Exclusivia cannot be found in Suhu website. Am I going to receive the shoe cabinets?
