Do not use them
This company has been nothing but a headache! My flight got cancelled and everything has been downhill since. I'm still waiting on a refund from April that they claim the funds have been released but my bank doesn't know anything. I had to ask them for reference numbers, I had to contact them multiple times and I now have to figure out where $1300 went! This is after waiting for hours for customer support..no exaggeration. This is my first and last time using this company. Never again!
