I ordered a building set from this site, and it never arrived. The package was marked "delivered" by their cheap carrier (UniUni), but it was completely missing from my property. When I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp, they ran me through a textbook scam script. The moment I confirmed I didn't have security cameras installed, they immediately blamed "theft" to clear themselves of liability. Worse yet, they refused to issue a full refund or send a replacement unless I paid them an additional $60 "cost price" to re-deliver my missing order. They completely held my money hostage trying to extort extra cash out of me.Thankfully, I bypassed them entirely, filed a dispute with my bank, and got my money back. Avoid this sketchy storefront at all costs—they will take your money, blame the courier, and try to scam you out of more.
