Poor vacuum packed
Our last order had the port ribs and the 1# briskets as a summer promotion. The ribs were very good, but the brisket was highly disappointing. I thawed all the meat in the frig and the Brisket was never properly vacuum packed correctly. The Brisket juices leaked all over my refigerator causing a huge mess. Also, the small brisket ended being really try.
