Purchased a washer a 1 1/2 years ago n started having problems also Purchased warranty for it having to wait almost 3 weeks to have it repaired n still waiting for it to get repaired I have called and spoke to different people hoping someone could help me had it fixed soon but no one was helpful first time buying from best buy n it will be my last how can someone be with out a washer for this long the answer i was given was go to the laundry mat very disappointed from the repair man to the people I spoke to never going back to best buy worst experience
