No communication and/or follow up email after online purchase. Called to make sure it wasn’t fraud had a conversation with a representative in another country that just kept asking me order info as I continued trying to explain to her I didn’t receive a proof of purchase email. Afterwards I noticed I was charged so I contacted my bank to explain and reverse the charge. Three days later a fed ex truck pulls up and throws a box in front of my house…. A totally warm package of meat that I had to discard for fear of food poisoning.
