Seemed like a good rewards app until…
Seemed like a good rewards app until tracking stopped working. Customer service was able to credit my account but informed me it may continue to not track and they can only credit an account once per game. They told me I should try another game. Of course it happened a second time when the reward got higher. Still waiting to see if the app tracks and catches up, it’s been a few days now. The fact they say they can only resolve a tracking issue once per game sounds like a complete scam to me. Update: the app still has not tracked for 2 more awards. Has been over a week and that’s $90 not awarded. While I appreciate the first credit, a “one time game credit” is no solution to a faulty app.
