Shady AF
They are shady. I had my subscription on pause and they still sent me products and charged me $160. After getting more product and being charged, I canceled my subscription, and they charged me "for the difference." They charge $34 every 4 months for their app even though they don't have one for Android. As for customer service, they have an email address. That is it.
