Updated, I like the exercises so far, and have done several of the easy routines. I like the different sections. Finding out just how unbalanced my core muscles are, and feeling good about how I can work toward strengthening my weaker portions is very positive. On my initial purchase I felt the advertised price didn’t indicate or cover all the add ons, and was only made apparent after purchasing one and done. All should note it is possible to decline them by using the very small font near the bottom of the additional pages. Unfortunately, it was overwhelming, some were monthly fees and frankly out of my budget, I declined them! Perhaps for improved satisfaction, advertising could list all the features and summaries of content and costs before you order, so more people do not get discouraged! TBH I did not complete my hormonal profile bc I feared more advertising! The one and done package on its own is helping me so that part is great.
