MONEY THEIVES
Absolutely fed up with the lack of communication from Fly AirAsia! Booked a package holiday, my flight there was cancelled and booked the following day (meaning we pay for a hotel night we dont get to stay) so I canceled the whole thing. Flights refunded, hotel refund only offered as a credit and only if I replied within 7 days. I replied within an hour, 8 days later I have heard nothing despite multiple attempts to contact them! Their AI chat bot is the most useless thing ive ever encountered! Seriously people, if you want to guarantee you'll get ripped off book AirAsia today!
