Good Customer Service
I ordered and paid for upgraded shipping, since I needed the supplies as soon as possible. I received a notification that my order had been dropped off with the shipper, but then things stalled. After a week, I contacted DW and they immediately refunded my shipping charges and sent the supplies out again. There was another little glitch which they corrected as soon as I contacted them again. I was so impressed with their prompt customer service! I would not hesitate to order from them again.
