Bought three pairs of shoes because their marketing looked fantastic only for them to arrive and realise their marketing was fantastic – their shoes weren’t. I wore one pair so I couldn’t return them and tried to return the other two instead I got an offer to keep the shoes, sell them in the secondhand market somewhere and was offered a discount on buying new shoes. After I refuse this offer I was asked to send photographs to show that the shoes were unworn but could never get instructions on how to return them. Despite repeated attempts, I still have the shoes and my refund is a distant memory. The company is clearly disreputable and relies on its marketing to trick people into buying cheap shoes knowing fully well they will never refund if requested. Steer well away from this company
