At first, I was extremely disappointed with the refund process and solutions for an unhappy customer. But, after reaching out to customer service and emailing back and forth, they made sure to come to an agreement with me & they were able to accommodate a refund. I appreciate the communication always being answered as well as the level of respect this company has for making sure everyone is satisfied. Thank you mollyevers for working with me!! They were able to turn an upset customer into someone who would come back if a different occasion requiring a dress came up in the future.
