We just finished a trip to Xi’an
We just finished a trip to Xi’an, and Shirley was an outstanding guide. Not only did she deliver everything we had asked for, but she was also incredibly flexible when we made some last-minute changes to our itinerary. What really stood out was how well Shirley handled difficult situations. Xi’an can be extremely busy during the summer, with large crowds, changing logistics, and plenty of commotion, but she was fierce when she needed to be while always remaining professional and composed. It was reassuring to know we had someone advocating for us and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was organized, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Having Shirley with us allowed us to enjoy Xi’an without having to worry about all the little details behind the scenes. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Shirley to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and proactive tour guide in Xi’an!
