Product Refund.
The service was prompt and excellent. I got my refund exactly when they said I would. They were very courteous and helpful. I know they have good products and try to provide the best merchandise they can. Unfortunately the product I ordered wasn't what i required but they gave me a refund no problem at all. I will continue to buy from them but to save any more problems I will research the product better. Again I do thank them for their great service.
