Ugh!
I’ve had ADT for years because it’s been the only thing that’s really been comprehensive in the country where I am, but trying to get a hold of them when there is an issue is impossible! Every time I call their number and follow the prompts, it then tells me the number can’t be completed as dialed. This is after their system answers and I choose my numerical prompt. It doesn’t matter what number on the prompts I choose either, none of them work.
