BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE their product, no matter how much you tighten the sides, you can’t keep it from sagging. I wouldn’t buy this again. I purchased 20x18 waterproof and it sags in the middle by two feet and I have each side tightened to the extreme. It never tightens enough to remove the sag. They recommend a 40° slope laugh my rear off. Really? That takes away half the coverage of the sail. Only covers a ten foot area. How horrible. Anyway, your choice of course but as for me they didn’t offer refund they just said buy another one. lol, yeah right. I am cutting two wholes in the middle of the waterproof sail to drain it when it rains. I’ve already lost my money to them. Hopefully this helps you from losing yours They are not a good Chinese company. They claim honor and good customer service but all they do is tell you that you installed it wrong and it’s not their fault. As a matter they will respond to this review in the same exact fashion they always respond as if they have done their best but the don’t. I can’t see where I upload the pictures on here so
