Great customer service; prompt delivery; great products; would buy again
I've received prompt guidance on charger and battery combinations for existing products we already had (purchased by others) where there was no real obligation. We purchased a number of batteries some time later, which where promptly delivered. Unfortunately one was faulty, but the customer service has been great, and it was replaced immediately.
