Either a scam or super unprofessional
Ordered a TV console 5 weeks ago, due to be delivered 2 weeks ago. Reached out to them via WhatsApp, and after a prompt reply for the first time promising they will check the delivery status, they ghosted me thereafter! There isn’t any other proper channels to reach out to them. Heed my warning and others here, this company cannot be trusted.
