AirAsia cancelled my flight and I am still waiting for my refund. I requested the refund in June 2026, and despite repeatedly contacting AirAsia, I am continually told that it is “working on it”. I have received no clear explanation of when my money will be returned. This is particularly disappointing because AirAsia cancelled the flight, not me. I would simply like my refund returned and a clear answer about when this will happen. I work for the one of the biggest uk travel agencies and never experienced customer service like it
