Disaster of a Delivery
We purchased the Best Buy Insignia brand (their brand) refrigerator in Aurora, Colorado, and the delivery was scheduled for the next day. Like many companies, Best Buy appears to outsource their delivery to a 3rd party, probably the lowest bidder, and the delivery was and still is a DISASTER, 3 weeks later. The sealed box was missing several crucial parts that attached the handles to the fridge & freezer. The delivery man offered to come back later that day, the next and the next after that, and did not. We were unable to reach our sales associate in the store where purchased for assistance and the non human bot was particularly non helpful. We are hoping that an installation tech will show up with the right parts almost 3 weeks later but who knows. Over all, a terrible experience and not being able to call into the store where the purchase was made, a travesty. VERY Poor Customer Service!!!
