I have bad experience with Indigo ground staff in kolkata for my recent flight kolkata to stokcholm on 5th August 2026 for which I will rate 1/5 and I will never recommend anyone for indigo and personally I won’t book any flights ever. The staff were impolite and only for 2 kg extra baggage (where I perfectly kept 58 kg when I weigh at home, but airport machine shows 62 kg) and I had to spend 30 Minutes and repack everything! In an international flight where I paid more than 1.59 Lakh this should be supported! Very narrow mindset Indigo has shown.
