Rotimatic is an absolute scam now
Rotimatic is an absolute scam now. I was impressed with the machine when i saw the results with my sister. Planned to buy- paid the entire amount upfront, was expected to receive the delivery by May. Didnt receive. Tried to cancel and get refund- no response , tried a chargeback with my financial institution. Rotimatic assured to refund if the chargeback was cancelled. I am still struggling to get the refund. Its a scam. Do not be fooled by their promotions on social media. Hopeless customer service that wakes up and responds only when you try a chargeback. I have also read very bad reviews for the new version of rotimatic next.
