Never shipped product, have yet to refund me after 6 weeks
I ordered a set of of expensive JL Audio speakers for my boat, was not told they were on backorder until several inquiries. It is not almost 2 months since my order and I've been requesting a refund for 6 weeks of that. All I get is "we are looking into this" over and over. Will have to dispute my American Express card next. Bad business all around, highly recommend purchasing elsewhere.
