Be thoughtful/purposeful with your example uploads
The variety of headshots provided was great. I'm glad I chose professional, business casual and casual. If you want to get it right the first time, you need to be really purposeful with the pictures you provide. My hair was a little windblown in a few off the pics I uploaded and unfortunately, that meant my professional poses weren't as sleek as I would have expected. They also err on the side of more shapely for a body size - either I've learned how to pose better than I thought, or they just wanted me to look leaner. (My body is about 20 pounds smaller in the pictures)
