Alibaba the fraud
Alibaba made me pay fofr trade assurance claiming it protects the byer if something goes wrong. Something did go wrong, the courier that alibaba used smashed my product compleatly, it was bent twisted and didnt work. They then told me I needed a condition report form the shipping company but wouldnt provide the details of the company that they used. They then told me that the photo of a random box ( not even the same size and printing) that the seller sent was proofo that it arrived undamaged. Alibaba is a fraud and now i am forced to pursue legal action to recover the funds You now claim your investigating it and all you have done is delete the purchase from the account. All this will do is aid the complaints with visa as you have no proof of the purchase just stolen funds
