I honestly regret purchasing the Rotimatic NEXT. For the price, the machine is nowhere close to the quality, reliability, or customer service I expected. What is marketed as convenience has become an almost daily source of frustration. Since receiving the machine in January 2026, I have experienced one issue after another. The performance is extremely inconsistent. Some days it makes decent rotis and looks promising, but the next time I use it, I am dealing with a completely different problem. The machine has had issues with dough getting stuck, flour tunnels getting blocked, rotis coming out uncooked, inconsistent performance, and repeated technical/connectivity problems. What makes things worse is that whenever the machine gets stuck, it can take around 10-12 minutes just to restart the process, wasting significant time, flour, and ingredients. Instead of making life easier, it has often created more work and frustration. And the customer service experience has been even worse. There is no contact number and the emails provided, do not respond at all. Now even the chat support has not been responding to my messages. My latest support communication said that my ticket had been escalated to the relevant team and that they would get back to me. I am still waiting, almost a month later. I have also sent emails to the support team and even escalated the matter to the CEO, with no meaningful response. For a machine at this price point, this level of reliability and customer support is simply unacceptable. When it works, it can look promising—but you never know whether the next use will actually work or whether you'll spend your time troubleshooting another problem. I purchased this machine to save time and make life easier. Instead, it has become another thing I have to troubleshoot almost every day. In my opinion, Rotimatic NEXT is not worth the money. The price is extremely high for a product that has been so inconsistent, and the lack of responsive customer support makes the experience even more disappointing. If you're considering buying one, please think very carefully before spending your money. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing Rotimatic NEXT until the company significantly improves both the product reliability and its customer support.
