Mihel has been exceptional in his approach and support of the issues I have had with Watt Cycle batteries . Initially purchased 2 / 314 Smart Mini Lithium batteries and connected in parallel in my camper. After 12 months the first one failed. Mihel sorted it all out painlessly. After the first was replaced the original 2nd battery died Or the BMS said it was dead and I had to go through the whole process again, Their use of Allied Express to rural clients leaves a lot to be desired BUT after many back and forth emails it appears to be resolved and the 2nd replacement is on its way. The only contact I have had is through email with Mihel and that contact and support has been 100% We will see how long the new batteries go for. Thank you. AA Hamilton Vic
