I had a brilliant experience with this company - my daughter has one of their phone cases and loved it so I ordered one. Unfortunately i choose the wrong size case by mistake and emailed the customer support team and was contacted by Nancy who was lovely and could not be more helpful and arranged to send me out a replacement with no quibbles at all - highly recommended
