Necklace Repair
I purchased a necklace back in January which unfortunately the chain had recently snapped. I contacted them to see if it was possible to repair as it had been over 6 months. I got a very speedy response via email advising they could replaced the chain for a small fee of £12 I sent this back to repair and received the necklace back two days later looking brand new. Ben was very helpful who I had spoken to and I am very pleased with how the necklace looks as it is very sentimental
