Junk product, no customer support
Bought their most expensive printer for our son's Christmas present. Barely got 6 months worth of light use before breaking down. So far we are 2 1/2 months into trying to get this working again. So far nothing. Aoseed has shown no interest in fixing this concern. the online customer service told us we should have done a better job reading the "fine print" even though we are in the 1 year warranty time frame. -If you are looking to have your child's Christmas ruined that this is the one for you. -The company does not care about you as a consumer. -They will put you through hell trying to get a response. -Run away from this company!!!
