**Avoid this company
Avoid this company — terrible customer service and no resolution after weeks of trying. I ordered 4" x 4" cards on 7/30 and uploaded artwork that was exactly 4" x 4". My order and confirmation showed 4" x 4", but I noticed their preview page displaying conflicting dimensions. I contacted customer service two minutes after placing the order to flag the issue and confirm the correct size. I also paid an extra fee for their optional file/artwork review specifically to make sure everything was correct before printing. Despite multiple emails before production, I received generic responses that did not address my concern. The order was eventually printed and shipped at the wrong size, and my artwork was altered/distorted. Their customer service later acknowledged that the issue was "likely caused by a website bug," but instead of resolving it, they made me go through a lengthy claims process. I submitted every photo they requested, including photos of multiple affected pieces and measurements with a ruler. After all of that, they then tried to claim that I had selected the incorrect dimensions — despite my order showing 4" x 4" and the artwork I uploaded being 4" x 4". As of 8/18, nearly three weeks after ordering, I still had no resolution and had to submit another claim. The most frustrating part is that I caught the problem immediately, contacted them before production, and paid extra for them to review the file. They had multiple opportunities to prevent the issue and multiple opportunities to fix it afterward. Mistakes happen, but this level of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. ** Of course they reply telling me to reach out to their customer service when I have done this numerous times - via direct email, via their support ticket system, and over and over they refuse to help.
