Overly complicated navigation/website and bombarded with aggressive upselling
I just wanted a simple way of linking to some exercises that I could do on my schedule. I was completely inundated with email after email, text after text all trying to upsell. They were even coming from multiple email addresses just to make it more confusing. Just trying to access the simple exercises themselves was way too confusing, not intuitive and frustrating. The whole thing felt very aggressive and slimy. It took a number of steps and more bombardments with aggressive upsells to finally cancel the ABTC portion of it that I hadn't even realized I had signed up for. Even the exercises themselves don't look like anything special.
