Shitty customer service
Customer service is absolute shit! I ordered an adventurer 5m a while ago which seized in its first test run. After some trouble shooting, customer support kept asking for pictures and videos without resolving anything and now that warranty has expired they say it's my problem. The printer hasn't printed anything and customer service left me to hang. tl;dr got a broken machine and they say it's my problem
